Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that LVX AI Omnichannel (operated by LVX) has processed about you through Instagram or Facebook messaging and comments. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@thelvx.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us the Instagram username or Facebook name you used to contact us, which of our accounts you messaged (for example @hdl_egypt), and the approximate date.
3. Alternatively, send the words "DELETE MY DATA" as a direct message to the same account you originally contacted. That message is routed to our team.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 5 business days and give you a reference number.
• We delete the message content, identifiers and processing logs we control within 30 days and confirm completion to you, unless we are legally required to retain specific records, in which case we explain what is retained and why.
• Copies held by Meta in your own Instagram or Facebook inbox are under your control and Meta's terms; deleting our records does not delete the conversation from Meta's platforms.
