Course overview
The KNX Basic course is the first course one must attend to become a KNX Partner and to be listed as a KNX Partner on the KNX website.
It explores the principles of the KNX protocol and combines theoretical learning with hands-on exercises on ETS, the KNX system configuration tool. The five training days are followed by the official KNX exams, theoretical and practical, held after the course.

A dedicated four-day batch of the KNX Basic course for university students at LVX, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm each day:

The course covers the principles of the KNX protocol with hands-on exercises on ETS, followed by the KNX exam.
The course itself is free for students. The only payment is EGP 350, the fee of the certificate accredited by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. A valid student ID is required.
دفعة مخصصة لطلاب الجامعات من كورس KNX Basic في أربعة أيام، من 12:00 ظهراً إلى 4:00 عصراً في LVX: الاثنين 16 نوفمبر، والأربعاء 18 نوفمبر، والاثنين 23 نوفمبر، والأربعاء 25 نوفمبر. يتناول الكورس مبادئ بروتوكول KNX مع تمارين عملية على برنامج ETS، ثم امتحان KNX. الكورس مجاني للطلاب، والمبلغ الوحيد المطلوب هو 350 جنيهاً رسوم الشهادة المعتمدة من نقابة المهندسين المصرية. يلزم إثبات القيد الجامعي.
