KNX Basic — October 2026

Course overview

The KNX Basic course is the first course one must attend to become a KNX Partner and to be listed as a KNX Partner on the KNX website.

It explores the principles of the KNX protocol and combines theoretical learning with hands-on exercises on ETS, the KNX system configuration tool. The five training days are followed by the official KNX exams, theoretical and practical, held after the course.

• Know the KNX topology, bus devices and KNX RF
• Plan and carry out a KNX TP installation
• Configure, commission and diagnose a project in ETS6 Professional
• Pass the official KNX theoretical and practical exams

The first step into the world of smart homes and buildings with KNX, the international standard: five consecutive days, from Sunday 11 to Thursday 15 October 2026, 4:00 to 8:00 pm at LVX.

The fee covers the full course, the exam and a certificate accredited by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
